JANESVILLE - A man earns his 11th OWI charge. Bradley Skelly, 48, was pulled over for speeding by an officer around 12:40am Friday. As the officer approached the Skelly's car, he noticed a strong smell of intoxicants in his breath, as well as having bloodshot eyes. Skelly failed a field sobriety test. BELOIT - Two suspected drug dealers are indicted in federal court. 40 year-old Charles Evans and 24 year-old Tiana Williams are accused of participating in a conspiracy to possess and distribute heroin from May to September. A federal grand jury indicted them Wednesday. They were arrested Thursday. Investigators say Evans and Williams would allow customers to buy heroin on credit.
