Stateline Man Accused of Running Charity Scam
ROCKFORD -- A Rockford man has pleaded not guilty to federal charges that he a committed a charity fraud scheme that netted $120,000. 33-year-old Clifford J. Edwards, formerly of Loves Park, is charged with 20 counts of mail fraud.
